About The Position

HRI Hospital is seeking a Master's Level Mental Health Clinician for its Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP). This full-time position offers an opportunity for recent graduates passionate about working with underserved populations. The clinician will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing high-quality care in a supportive environment, focusing on various patient groups including LGBTQIAA+, women, and emerging adults.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
• Passionate about working with patient populations such as LGBTQIAA+, Women's Trauma Counseling, Women of Color, Emerging/Young Adults, and/or Dual Diagnosis
• Preferred 1-2 years of clinical experience in PHP or IOP, outpatient counseling, inpatient care coordination, or substance use treatment
• Preferred LCSW, LICSW, LADC, or LMHC

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
• Lead therapy groups
• Document clients' treatment
• Complete diagnostic assessments
• Provide crisis intervention
• Provide milieu management
• Provide clinical support and observation of clinical interns
• Update the daily census with client attendance and monitor and document show rates/referral sources for marketing purposes
