About The Position

Our Pro Results team is looking for Personal Trainers to do just that! Our personal training department, known as Pro Results, is centered on generating positive and infectious energy and conquering obstacles all clients have. This position can be either part-time or full-time, meeting all State and Federal requirements and regulations. As a Master Trainer at LA Fitness, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their fitness objectives through personalized training programs and motivational support. In this role, you will be responsible for building and retaining a clientele base through effective prospecting, conducting fitness assessments, and leveraging referrals. You will prescribe comprehensive wellness programs tailored to individual clients' goals, ensuring that each program is designed to meet their unique needs. Your ability to motivate and inspire clients will be key to their success, as you will keep them accountable through a combination of goal setting, consistent re-evaluations, and assessments. As a representative of our brand, you will embody professionalism in your actions and attitude, creating a positive environment for clients to thrive. The working environment will predominantly occur within the Pro Fitness functional training area, but you will have the flexibility to utilize the entire facility for training purposes. This role requires a strong desire to help others reach their health and fitness goals, along with the ability to conduct training sessions one-on-one. You will need to work designated shifts as determined by management, and a solid understanding of the principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique is essential. Strong customer service skills are also a must, as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis.
