About The Position

Master Trainer Role Overview At Reformed Pilates, our Master Trainers are the standard-setters, culture carriers, and force multipliers behind our instructor experience. This role is responsible for developing, coaching, and elevating new instructors to deliver high-energy, results-driven classes that embody the Reformed Pilates method. As a Master Trainer, you don’t just teach—you shape talent, build confidence, and ensure every class reflects excellence, consistency, and community. Requirements

  • Current or Past group Pilates fitness instructor
  • Reformed Pilates PTT Certification required (training scheduled upon job offer)
  • Strong teaching, leadership, and communication skills
  • Flexible availability
  • CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
