Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire an A Level Technician at our Paramount location. This is a full-time position with a pay range between $34.00 to $38.00 an hour. Pay range is determined based on individual’s skillsets and experience. Shop hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am-6pm; Sunday & Monday we’re gone riding. Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday’s and Monday’s off. You are a great fit if you can: Competently diagnose and repair any product sold in the dealerships; Motorcycles, ATV’s, UTV’s and watercrafts. Accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on products in for service. Train, mentor, and transfer skills/experience to other technicians Meet deadlines and complete work in a productive and profitable manner. Maintain a positive relationship with all Del Amo employees and customers. Abide and comply with all dealership policies and compliances. Other Requirements and Skills: Ownership of complete set of tools. Own M1 License. Technical and/or Mechanical abilities. Familiarity of product lines sold in dealership. Team building experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions present at that time. Work performed in a shop setting, as well as exposure to shop environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes, chemicals and adhesives. Required to lift up to a minimum of 50 lbs. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, kneel, reach, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, handle or operate objects, tools or controls. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch. Required vision include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. Required to operate equipment and move vehicles in a safe manner at all times

Requirements

Ownership of complete set of tools.
Own M1 License.
Technical and/or Mechanical abilities.
Familiarity of product lines sold in dealership.
Minimum of 5 years of Previous motorcycle technician service experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Motorcycle OEM Related Training Credentials required.
Good communication and writing skills required.
