About The Position

Position Summary The Master Instructor is a lead Instructor in their club and known nationally for their high talent level. They mentor and train new Instructors and assist with continuing education sessions. Job Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Manager by having new Instructors shadow their classes. Mentor underperforming Swim Instructors (those who score less than 80% on an eval) Complete, Assist, and Co-Lead Continuing Education Session Teach Swim Lessons, atleast two shifts per week. Must have consistent attendance + consistently score a 93% or higher. Life Time is a place for everyone. Requirements

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services
• Lifeguard & CPR Certified
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to lift more than 20lbs
• Successfully complete and pass all Life Time courses upon hire
• CPR and First Aid certification within 60 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• Swim lesson instruction or coaching experience
