About The Position

AriensCo, a global leader in outdoor power equipment, is looking for a passionate Master Service Technician to join our Customer Service Team in Brillion, WI. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and dealers by providing expert technical support throughout the entire product life cycle—ensuring service needs are met quickly and effectively. Requirements

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College/ technical school
  • A minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training in the Outdoor Power Equipment Industry or other industry with similar products
  • Experience and/or training in a customer service environment required; experience with service over the telephone is desired
  • Ability to skillfully document and organize interactions, meeting notes, issues, etc. using computer software such as Microsoft Office, Dynamic 365, and more
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Able and willing to obtain Ariens Academy and other technical training certifications
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Act as subject matter expert to diagnose and resolve in-depth technical issues via telephone, email, and other technologies that can include but not limited to the following: electrical systems, four-cycle engine, hydraulic systems, mechanical systems, and transaxle drive systems
  • Conduct product research of internal data including warranty, recorded customer service interactions, field team feedback to be shared with internal groups
  • Review and process warranty claims submitted by dealer network
  • Provide support as a subject matter expert to customer support representatives and other staff
  • Create internal and external resources for aftersales product support
  • Participate and/or lead special projects as product service expert related to new product development, service assessments, and product research as requested
