Requirements
- Master Certified Technician with dealer-level or large facility experience preferred
- Comprehensive automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
- Strong focus on safety and customer service
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle issues accurately using experience, analysis, and testing
- Maintain and update technical skills through ongoing training
- Perform vehicle servicing and repairs while ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety standards
- Complete all required documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Support shop appearance and safety standards; assist with inventory stocking and general shop functions
- Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental regulations
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and educational sessions as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support shop operations
