Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management (manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Oracle).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain master production schedules aligned with business objectives based on demand forecasts, production capacity, inventory levels, and customer requirements.
  • Analyze forecast data and collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain to balance demand and supply.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes in customer demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability.
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts or constraints and proactively develop contingency plans to minimize disruption to operations.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling data within the ERP/MRP system; generate reports and KPIs related to schedule adherence, capacity utilization, and production performance.
  • Identify and implement improvements in scheduling processes, tools, and procedures to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales, program management and customer service teams to ensure accurate delivery dates
  • Own and manage production lead times to ensure accurate planning and timely delivery. Continuously review and optimize lead times in coordination with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
  • Serve as an engaged contributor to the SIOP process by providing accurate production schedules, capacity constraints, lead time updates, and inventory data to support informed decision-making and alignment across functions.
