About The Position

Provides dedicated planning and scheduling support to the Program Management Office (PMO) at Andersen Air Force Base. This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing project data, developing detailed construction schedules, maintaining program-level schedule products, and identifying schedule risks or conflicts. Ensures the PMO has accurate, timely, and actionable schedule information to support the successful execution of MILCON and FSRM projects. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated starting salary for the Master Scheduler starts at $138,000 annually Pay commensurate with experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, business or a related field from an accredited College or University.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is required
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret level security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications such as AACEI PSP/CCP or CMAA CCM/CMIT are highly desirable
  • Experience integrating multiple contractor schedules into government program-level schedules, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Strong scheduling knowledge and ability to develop, manage, update, and analyze schedules in Primavera P6.
  • Integrate contractor schedules and PMO baseline schedules into consolidated PMO schedule products.
  • Strong construction planning knowledge and ability to interpret project plans and specifications to develop scheduled activities.
  • Working knowledge of field production rates and ability to generate schedule durations using perimetric and unit rate production rates.
  • Develop production rate performance reports.
  • Report contractor’s progress using Earned Value metrics.
  • Prepare and present clear, visually effective schedule charts, Gantt views, dashboards, and summary reports.
  • Communicate schedule status, risks, and milestones succinctly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to write schedule narratives, schedule review reports, progress schedule narratives, and other project-related reports.
  • Experience reviewing contactor schedule submissions.
  • Working knowledge of all phases of execution from planning/ programming, design, procurement, construction, and close-out.
  • Provide recurring schedule updates and reports for PMO leadership, including support for Program Management Reviews (PMRs), staff meetings, coordination meetings, and construction progress meetings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on a large, complex, multi-disciplinary team.
