Come join us and help us build for the future! This Role: Our Manufacturing team is seeking a Master Scheduler. This would be a full-time, on-site role located in Jacksonville, TX.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of experience in production scheduling, materials management, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production scheduling software to develop and manage schedules.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred.
APICS CPIM certification preferred
Experience in the HVAC industry or similar manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a master production schedule that aligns with customer demand, inventory policies, and production capacity.
Monitor production progress and make necessary adjustments to the schedule to address delays, equipment issues, or changes in demand.
Work with materials management and procurement teams to ensure that materials and components are available to meet the production schedule without overstocking.
Work closely with production, procurement, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure that all scheduling activities are coordinated and aligned with overall business objectives.
Generate and distribute regular reports on the status of the master production schedule, including any deviations or issues.
