Come join us and help us build for the future! This Role: Our Manufacturing team is seeking a Master Scheduler. This would be a full-time, on-site role located in Jacksonville, TX.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of experience in production scheduling, materials management, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production scheduling software to develop and manage schedules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • APICS CPIM certification preferred
  • Experience in the HVAC industry or similar manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a master production schedule that aligns with customer demand, inventory policies, and production capacity.
  • Monitor production progress and make necessary adjustments to the schedule to address delays, equipment issues, or changes in demand.
  • Work with materials management and procurement teams to ensure that materials and components are available to meet the production schedule without overstocking.
  • Work closely with production, procurement, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure that all scheduling activities are coordinated and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on the status of the master production schedule, including any deviations or issues.
