You will work in a highly regulated, precision manufacturing environment where safety, documentation integrity, dimensional control (“True Diameter”) and traceability are paramount. POSITION SUMMARY Develop, maintain, and optimize the organization’s master production schedule that enables on-time delivery of parts and assemblies while optimizing operational efficiency and ensure efficient use of resources, and alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure staging of materials, and labor and machine capacity are sufficient to meet monthly shipment requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
  • 5 years related experience, including ERP/MRP systems or equivalent of education and experience.
  • Advanced excel or data analysis skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other manufacturing processes.
  • High level of attention to detail and thorough completion of work tasks.
  • Ability to actively listen to instructions and possess effective time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle workflow.
  • Read and comprehend verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, and maintain the master production schedule to meet customer delivery commitments and operational goals.
  • Monitor schedule performance and adjust plans as needed due to changes in demand, resource availability and/or production constraints.
  • Communicate and distribute schedule requirements and updates to cross functional teams including Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales and Quality.
  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain on materials availability to support schedule production runs.
  • Participate in planning meetings to align forecasts and priorities.
  • Track schedule adherence, identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions or resolutions.
  • Generate reports on production progress, inventory status and key performance indicators.
  • Provide insights to leadership on scheduling risks and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and tools.
  • Support implementation of improvements that may enhance scheduling accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Demonstrates ability to appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures, comply with company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, and accepts constructive feedback.
