About The Position

The Master Scheduling & ERP Management position involves developing, publishing, and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in alignment with forecast, demand, capacity, and business priorities. The role requires optimizing planning parameters such as lead times, safety stock, and planning horizons, and utilizing tools like Microsoft Project and NetSuite (or equivalent ERP/MRP systems) to manage complex, multi-line production schedules. The position also includes translating demand forecasts into actionable production plans by evaluating labor, equipment, and material availability, identifying and resolving capacity constraints and material shortages before they impact production, and leading planning efforts for new product introductions and engineering changes to ensure production readiness. The individual will serve as the primary SIOP driver, overseeing site-level inventory management to ensure alignment with production plans, tracking scheduling KPIs including adherence, throughput, and capacity utilization, and monitoring slow-moving or obsolete inventory while working with stakeholders on resolution plans. Additionally, the role supports and drives lean/continuous improvement rigor via manufacturing, kanban, and operational excellence initiatives across the scheduling/production planning function.
