About The Position

Tendeg LLC is an engineering-driven company that designs and builds high-performance antenna systems and precision structures for space missions. Our work supports communications, sensing, and data delivery in demanding orbital environments, with applications ranging from weather forecasting and Earth science to global connectivity, national security, and scientific exploration. Our hardware is flight-proven, with more than 25 antennas currently on orbit and a portfolio of deployable apertures that spans multiple sizes and frequency regimes. As we scale manufacturing to meet growing demand, were building a team focused on disciplined execution, technical rigor, and delivering hardware that works. If youre interested in joining a growing team that designs and builds the infrastructure behind modern space missions, wed like to hear from you. Tendegs Philosophy We encourage innovation and entrepreneurial energy. We are successful because we take a unique approach to solving problems. We look for creative thinkers and self-motivated people that can collaborate within our open team environment. TENDEG is an acronym for TENacious Design and Engineering Group. Obviously, tenacity is another trait we embrace. The Master Scheduler/Planne r role goes beyond executing existing systems. It will create structure, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen ERP discipline, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination. Hands-on and highly cross-functional, the Master Scheduler is critical to on-time delivery, smooth production flow, and scaling operations.

  • Build and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Master Production Schedule (MPS) from engineering release through procurement, manufacturing, integration, test, and delivery.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Configuration Management to manage ECOs, configuration changes, and release timing. PLM processes are still developing, requiring hands-on collaboration to turn changes into actionable schedules.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Test to ensure material readiness, capacity alignment, and milestone execution.
  • Monitor schedule health from start to finish, identify risks early, and drive cross-functional resolution to keep programs on track.
  • Develop and optimize ERP scheduling parameters, including lead times, routings, BOM structures, work centers, and capacity settings.
  • Improve data integrity and system discipline to enable reliable MRP and capacity planning.
  • Standardize workflows for work order creation, material transactions, and demand planning in an evolving environment.
  • Lead ongoing ERP optimization efforts to improve functionality, usability, and planning accuracy.
  • Support future ERP system enhancements or implementations (implementation experience preferred).
  • Partner with Engineering and Configuration Management to actively shape processes as PLM systems mature.
  • Align material availability with production needs in partnership with Supply Chain.
  • Balance capacity and resolve bottlenecks in collaboration with Manufacturing.
  • Support Program Management with schedule visibility, recovery plans, and milestone tracking.
  • Perform capacity planning and what-if scenario analysis to support growth and demand variability.
  • Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase throughput and reduce lead times.
  • Define, develop, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure schedule performance, on-time delivery, lead times, and production efficiency.
