About The Position

The Master Scheduler, Intermediate provides expert scheduling services for the Program Manager of Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT), developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for program products. Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED Equivalent with five (5) years of related experience.
  • Proficient in scheduling methodologies applicable to government acquisition programs, with experience in either traditional or agile development/acquisition approaches.
  • Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Use Microsoft Project synchronized with Project Web Application (PWA), adhering to PM PNT policy, and complying with DCMA 14-point Schedule Assessment #5.
  • Actively participate in program meetings, gather schedule inputs from product offices and functional leads, and present schedule products to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain IMS schedules under the guidance of senior staff, ensuring adherence to established standards and policies.
  • Gather schedule inputs, update schedules based on progress, and provide basic critical path analysis.
  • Support the preparation of schedule data for program documentation and briefing.
