This Position reports to: Front End Operations and Order Management Leader In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy. The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI - Onsite

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration in Supply Chain Management, or related technical/STEM field of study
  • 5+ Years’ Experience in a Planning, Procurement or Manufacturing Environment.
  • SAP experience is required
  • Experience with scheduling reports, risk assessments, demand forecasts, inventory levels, lead times, and scenario analyses to leadership for decision‑making.

Nice To Haves

  • Project management experience is preferred
  • ISM/CPSM certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the interaction with a firm’s functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.
  • Translating projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scope s into a production plan with a time-phased build or purchased schedule.
  • Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan .
  • Providing input into S&OP and short-term planning processes
  • Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.
  • Calculates production and/or finished goods shipping lead times.
