This Position reports to: Production Manager In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing the Master Production Schedule for High Power System Drives manufacturing in the United States, ensuring alignment with forecasted demand, inventory objectives, and customer deadlines. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to synchronize production activities, proactively adjusting schedules to accommodate fluctuations, and driving efficiencies in resource planning to meet delivery goals while controlling costs. The work model for the role is: Hybrid; New Berlin, WI This role is contributing to the Motion High Power (MOHP) System Drives (SD) Division in the United States. Your role and responsibilities: Collaborate cross functionally with customer service to provide appropriate delivery dates, and material planners to convert the Supply Plan into a master production schedule while successfully achieving predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Optimize planning parameters in ERP and planning systems utilizing best practice sharing of inputs across the global organization. Facilitate the sharing of best practices, lead the continuous improvement of existing processes, and foster a data-driven culture. Implement scalable business processes to deliver efficient production execution – with emphasis on proactive derisking.
