About The Position

As a MCORT Master’s Level Supervisors-LCSW, LPC, LMFT or LSW, LAC or LAMFT, you will join an evidence-based program and a dynamic team for the opportunity to learn and refine your clinical and engagement skills and accomplish your dream of helping people to make progress on their unique recovery journeys. The work is sometimes challenging and always rewarding by engaging with persons we serve and co-workers as we all learn, grow, and thrive. MCORT Master’s Level Supervisors provide remote backup to the MCORT staff in the field. They are on-call for up to six MCORTs across a region at one time and are engaged when the bachelor’s level professional in the field deems it necessary to engage a higher-level clinician to assess and determine the most appropriate interventions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT or LSW, LAC or LAMFT preferred.
• 2 years post masters full time equivalent professional experience in a psychiatric setting with persons 18 and above.
• At least one year of supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a crisis setting preferred.

Responsibilities
