Signet is seeking a Nebraska licensed or license - eligible , Master's level Licensed Social Worker/Counselor / Mental Health Therapist for a full-time position with our program at Howard County Medical Center, St. Paul, NE. This is an on-site position, no remote option. Signet offers a very generous salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation allowance. Monday - Friday... No weekends or holidays. Hospital/Program Description Howard County Medical Center, St. Paul, NE is a small 10-bed critical access hospital with a huge personal touch. The Medical Center has been providing quality services since 1955 and serves individuals in Howard, Merrick, Valley, Sherman, Greeley, and Hall Counties. Tele-Health is available for those patients unable to attend in-person.

Requirements

Nebraska State Licensure as a Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioner or license - eligible.
Related work experience.
Good communication and organization skills.
Marketing Skills.

Responsibilities

Provide both group and individual therapy.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Senior Adult Outpatient Program.
Supervision of staff.
Marketing the program and establishing referral connections within the community to promote /foster the growth and reputation of the program.
