HOPE HEALTH HEALING Terros Health is hiring a Clinician for our residential services program working in Phoenix, AZ Full-Time M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm Primarily located in at our Men's Residential Facility, in Phoenix AZ 85018

Requirements

Master's degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a behavioral health field, Arizona license or eligible for Arizona license.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and EHRs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have or be able to attain CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days of assuming role.
Valid AZ Driver License.
Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 22 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy
Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment
Must pass a TB Test.

Responsibilities

As a Clinician, you will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, group/individual counseling, crisis management and coordination of care.
You will prepare intake documentation, progress notes, event notifications and other documentation regarding clients in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
In this role, you will provide individual and group counseling to our members, to include crisis management, as needed.
Other duties include coordination of care, therapeutic interventions and completing thorough clinical documentation.
