About The Position
The 2025 Summer Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to work within the Department of Research & Evaluation at Kaiser Permanente Southern California. This role is partially remote and based on-site at 100 S. Los Robles Ave., Pasadena, CA 91101. The department plays a crucial role in conducting high-quality, innovative translational research that benefits the health of its members and the communities they serve. The intern will primarily work on the FoodRx study, focusing on understanding the characteristics of families who adhere to recommended meal plans versus those who do not, as well as the factors influencing adherence. Responsibilities include assisting with interviews, study visits, and data analysis, as well as engaging with the FoodRx app, creating educational content, and recruiting restaurants.
