Requirements

Master Plumber License with Experience to go with it
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both exte rnal in community and collaborating with teammates
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Leading, Guiding, and Growing our Plumbing Divis i on- Experience as Master Plumber
Building and leading a high- performance team of plumbers
Training, mentoring, and guiding current plumbers and new technicians
Selling plumbing work on current jobs and new business
Developing strategy for growing our plumbing business in this market
Communicating to and training other departments on our plumbing offering and the importance of it
Drive a Culture of Accountability & Winning
