About The Position

Jerry Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning is a trusted leader in residential HVAC services in the St. Louis Metro area. As we continue to grow our service offerings, we are seeking a licensed Master Plumber in St. Louis County and St. Charles County to join our team. This role focuses on high-quality, customer-facing residential plumbing service/ install and replacement, with no new construction or commercial work. Requirements

  • Must hold or be eligible for a Master Plumber License
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Class E license required within 30 days of hire)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Professional appearance (visible tattoos must be covered while working)
  • No overnight travel required

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water heaters, fixtures, drains, and piping
  • Educate customers on their plumbing systems and recommend options or upgrades in a professional, understandable manner
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and present service options with clarity and confidence
  • Perform installations and repairs according to local plumbing codes and industry standards
  • Maintain detailed records of each job and ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection
  • Deliver a Five-Star customer experience at every service visit
  • Help ensure permit compliance and documentation accuracy when required
  • Participate in routine team meetings and training opportunities
