Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc. is urgently seeking a reliable and experienced Master Plumber to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor in the Erie, Pennsylvania (16501) area. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed plumber who enjoys flexible, independent work while earning top-tier pay. As a Master Plumber, you will be responsible for a range of residential and commercial plumbing tasks, from repairs and maintenance to installations and diagnostics. We are seeking professionals who can cover a 50-mile radius around Erie, allowing us to efficiently serve clients in various locations. Whether you are based in Erie or nearby areas, we welcome licensed Master Plumbers who are open to traveling for work.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania Plumbing License (REQUIRED)
• Proven experience as a Master Plumber
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Own professional plumbing tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of plumbing including pipe installation, leak repairs, drain cleaning, fixture replacements, water heater service, and more.
• Ensure that all plumbing work complies with local codes and regulations. Obtain proper permits and inspections where required.
• Diagnose plumbing issues quickly and accurately. Implement effective solutions that meet our quality standards.
• Perform installations of plumbing systems including sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters, and piping in both residential and commercial settings.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Educate them about the issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations.
• Complete jobs efficiently within assigned timeframes while maintaining high-quality work.
• Follow proper safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites.
• Must have a full set of plumbing tools and a reliable vehicle for travel to various job locations.
• As a 1099 contractor, you are required to carry liability insurance. If you don’t currently have insurance, it must be obtained before starting.
