Job Summary Description: * Provides technical skills required of a Master licensed plumber for the installation, alteration, maintenance and repair of the plumbing systems and related accessories, to assist with management and operation of the facilities in a cost-effective manner. * Performs master level, skilled plumbing work in the installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing fixtures, water leaks, gas leaks, sanitary and storm lines. * Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance work orders. * Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures and according to the standards of CGL Facility Management, OSHA, and our clients. * Complete all required compliance, safety and developmental training as assigned. * Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes. * Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, showers, commodes, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposals and dishwashers.

Requirements

• Master Plumber’s License, Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) Backflow Preventer Certified, and HAZMAT Certification (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and management skills.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
• Read blueprints and design specifications to layout the plumbing system.
• Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
• Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
