About The Position

Are you an experienced plumbing professional who takes pride in doing quality work and keeping systems running smoothly? Witham Family Hotels is looking for a knowledgeable, proactive, and dependable Master Plumber Technician to join our Facilities team. In this full-time, year-round position, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our hotel buildings and employee housing are safe, efficient, and comfortable for guests and team members alike. Under the leadership of our Facilities Director, you’ll manage everything from routine maintenance to emergency repairs—keeping plumbing systems performing at their best. Requirements

• Valid Master Plumber License
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or at heights
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Respond to emergency calls nights and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in hotels, facilities, or maintenance departments preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and/or commercial settings
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and efficiently
• Interpret blueprints, building codes, and specifications
• Ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes
• Provide estimates, timelines, and material requirements for jobs
• Communicate professionally with contractors and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
