About The Position

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Master Planner to serve as the heartbeat of our production operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between customer demand and manufacturing execution, ensuring our production schedules are optimized, efficient, and perfectly aligned with our material and labor resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • 3–5 years of experience in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience with ERP/purchasing systems and proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must).
  • Required proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable production plans.
  • Must be able to wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in a cleanroom environment, lift up to 15 pounds, and work at a desk for prolonged periods.
  • Periodic, consistent travel to our other location is required.
  • G&F Precision Molding will not offer or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate Production: Develop and maintain the master schedule, balancing material planning and production control to meet delivery commitments.
  • Systems Management: Leverage ERP/MRP systems to forecast demand, allocate resources, and manage scheduling accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales to streamline operations and implement best practices.
  • Problem Solve: Proactively identify and resolve production bottlenecks or material shortages to minimize delays.
  • Drive Excellence: Monitor ERP metrics to identify efficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives that support our strategic growth.
  • Quality & Safety: Ensure all work complies with ISO 9001/13485 standards and internal safety protocols.
