Requirements

Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM or equivalent)
CPR/AED certification
Demonstrated ability to close sales in the fitness industry
Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy and nutrition
Proven experience delivering results-driven programming to diverse clientele
Strong leadership and mentorship mindset
Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence and a growth mindset
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel throughout Central Houston

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized in-home and on-site training sessions to clients of various fitness levels
Conduct initial assessments, educate prospective clients, and confidently close initial sales
Design individualized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App
Perform client reassessments and close renewal sales.
Mentor GYMGUYZ personal trainers on the team
Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients
Participate in field marketing events and outreach
Maintain appointments in scheduling app
