About The Position
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Master Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team. The GYMGUYZ Master Personal Trainer serves as a senior-level fitness professional responsible for delivering personal training sessions, mentoring other trainers, and ensuring the highest quality of client service and training standards. This role involves program development, staff education, and maintaining brand consistency across training services. You will also play a role in driving new business for the company. Building rapport with prospective clients during assessments is essential, allowing you to confidently present our services, address concerns, close sales, and actively drive new business. Additionally, you will be a mentor and train team members, contributing to their growth and development. Position starts part-time and will build to full-time.
