About The Position
The Master Machinist Apprentice position at Caterpillar Inc. is a four-year apprenticeship program designed to train individuals in the machining field. Apprentices will work closely with Master Machinists to learn essential skills such as planning operations, setting up and operating various machine tools, and performing machining operations on parts and tools. This role emphasizes hands-on training and classroom instruction, preparing apprentices to eventually take on the responsibilities of a Master Machinist.
