We are seeking a Master Service Technician experienced with Lexus and Toyota vehicles to join our growing team. Requirements

  • Experience performing inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Lexus and Toyota vehicles.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals consistently.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to read and understand technical repair manuals and guides.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical or trade school degree preferred.
  • ASE certification or progress toward certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns using the latest technical tools and software.
  • Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs, and warranty/non-warranty service accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain courteous and professional interactions with customers and team members.
  • Stay current with technical publications and participate in manufacturer or in-house training programs.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety and manufacturer standards, addressing all concerns listed on repair orders.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and submit all shop forms as needed.
  • Support the Service Manager, Diagnostic Specialist, and Group Leader with additional duties as assigned.
