About The Position

The Master Key Representative 1 at Allegion is a vital role focused on processing time-sensitive orders and providing technical assistance for master key systems. Requirements

• 6+ months of customer service or order entry experience required.
• HS Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of PC based software applications (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to develop cross-functional, professional working relationships.
• Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ months of Schlage and/or Falcon order entry experience preferred.
• Locksmith experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design Schlage master key systems and complete order entry functions within quality and production metrics.
• Develop an understanding of master key solutions to address customer needs.
• Provide consultation services for end users, sales reps, and dealers on master key systems.
• Manage service/support interactions with customers through calls and emails.
• Maintain sensitive customer records using physical and electronic mediums.
• Gather and document service request information using CRM tools.
• Utilize and manage ERP business systems for assigned product brands.
• Receive, edit, and enter incoming customer purchase orders accurately.
• Contact customers to resolve unclear order issues.
• Participate in virtual meetings and collaborate with team members.
