CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Master, Journeyman, and Top Helper Plumbers for a commercial project in Mansfield, TX. This project also requires a Plumbing Superintendent to help manage the jobsite.
Requirements
- Master/Journeyman: Strong commercial plumbing experience required
- Top Helpers: 1-2+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing blueprints
- Must provide own plumbing hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
- Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Performing underground plumbing installation during early project phases
- Progressing into full ground-up plumbing installation as construction continues
- Working with PVC, cast iron, copper, and commercial piping systems
- Assisting with layout, rough-in, top-out, and finish plumbing
- Reading and interpreting plumbing blueprints, plans, and site layouts
- Completing drainage, water distribution, fixture installation, hangers, and pressure testing
- Leading and directing a crew of plumbers and helpers
- Ordering and coordinating materials for the project
- Managing daily operations and productivity on the jobsite
- Working directly with the job runner and site management
- Ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are met
