About The Position

All Air in the heart of Covington is an individually owned and operated HVAC Company looking for a Master Service Technician. If you are fed up with working for a company who doesn’t appreciate your expertise and what you bring each day then we want to talk with you. However, to be able to focus on the customer, we are looking for the right people to invest in. Basically, if you take care of the customer, then we are going to take care of you. What we expect from you? 4-years or more experience EPA 608 EPA Universal Certification Always be thorough on all calls Document all findings no matter how small with pictures and in writing Clear respectful communication with customers and office staff Offer solutions to the customer and let them decide what fits their needs and budget Make honest and ethical recommendations to help guide customers needs Clean MVR (you must be insurable) Clean criminal background check Clean drug testing Provide all of your own hand tools Be able to lift 50-200 lbs (Don’t worry, we can provide help when needed) Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus This isn’t a place for clock-punchers or techs who just want to coast. Requirements

4-years or more experience
EPA 608
EPA Universal Certification
Clean MVR (you must be insurable)
Clean criminal background check
Clean drug testing
Provide all of your own hand tools
Be able to lift 50-200 lbs (Don’t worry, we can provide help when needed)

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus
