We are seeking an experienced Master HVAC Service Technician (“A” Tech / Senior Tech) to join our Building Services Division. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, independence, and leadership in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. As a Master Tech, you will serve as a senior field resource, capable of handling the most complex service calls, supporting junior technicians, and representing Upchurch Services with professionalism and customer focus.
