Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and be over the age of 21 for BSA’s drivers' insurance.
A Master Facility Tech shall have at least 3 years of experience in related equipment and/or building maintenance.
In addition, a Master Tech should have 5+ years of experience at BSA or a comparable in-house service. Licensure in a specialty field may be substituted for other experience at the discretion of the supervisor.

Responsibilities

The Master Facility Tech provides repair, service, and operational reliability of utilities and/or equipment required to meet the facility's needs.
Said skills shall be performed with independence and proficiency commensurate with the level expected of a seasoned technician, as determined by his immediate supervisor.
The Master Tech should also be able to teach his lesser-experienced peers, demonstrate leadership and teamwork, and fill in for his supervisor temporarily in his absence.
