About The Position

Master Esthetician Needed Broadway Eye Spa | Salt Lake City Do you love skincare technology as much as you love working with people? Our growing aesthetic department is looking for a motivated, reliable Master Esthetician who wants to be part of a collaborative medical team and make a real difference in patients’ confidence and well-being. At Broadway Eye Spa, aesthetics aren’t an add-on—they’re an extension of the medical care we provide every day. You’ll play an important role in helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for while delivering advanced skin treatments in a professional, clinical environment. This position is 1–2 days per week, with full-time potential for the right person who is open to cross-training in other areas of Broadway Eye Clinic. NO WEEKENDS (occasional Saturday by appointment only). Experience Required (and Supported) You must hold a valid Utah Esthetician or Master Esthetician license and have experience performing advanced treatments. That said—we don’t expect you to know our systems on day one. We provide structured training, protocols, and ongoing support so you feel confident, capable, and set up for success. Requirements

  • You must hold a valid Utah Esthetician or Master Esthetician license and have experience performing advanced treatments

Responsibilities

  • Performing advanced aesthetic treatments such as RF, IPL, LLLT, Morpheus 8, Emface, Exion and other approved technologies
  • Spending meaningful one-on-one time with patients to assess skin health, discuss goals, explain treatment options, and set expectations
  • Preparing patients for treatments and providing thorough post-treatment care instructions
  • Working closely with optometrists, dry eye specialists, and technicians—especially for peri-ocular treatments
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment that meets all clinical and state standards
  • Accurately documenting treatments and following established protocols
  • Educating patients on recommended skincare products and supporting retail sales when appropriate
  • Participating in ongoing training and continuing education (offered and expected)
  • Being a positive, reliable team member who contributes to a calm, welcoming patient experience
