About The Position

The Lead Esthetician serves as both a hands-on skincare expert and a motivating leader within the Restore team. You’ll oversee day-to-day esthetics operations, support team development, and ensure each treatment is performed safely, consistently, and with exceptional client care. This is a leadership role designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative, education-forward environment. You’ll combine your deep knowledge of skincare, confidence in results-driven treatments, and genuine passion for health and wellness and for helping people feel great in their skin. As a Lead Esthetician, you’ll combine your passion for health and wellness with a consultative, educational approach to client engagement. You’ll take time to understand each member’s unique goals, explain the value of Restore’s services, and confidently recommend the right combination of modalities to achieve results. Although sales are a key part of success in this role, we define selling as serving — helping clients understand their skin health needs and guiding them toward the right services and products to achieve visible, lasting results.

Requirements

• Licensed Master Esthetician (Utah) with strong technical skills and a passion for holistic skin health.
• 2+ years of direct hand's on experience in aesthetics.
• Confident educator and communicator who thrives on client connection and team collaboration.
• Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience leading or mentoring others in a spa, wellness, or aesthetic environment.
• Comfortable with consultative sales, recommending memberships and products to support long-term results.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and develop action plans for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee safe, high-quality esthetic treatments, ensuring every service aligns with Restore’s protocols and standards of excellence.
• Educate clients on Restore’s suite of skin health and wellness modalities, including facials, LED therapy, and product-based home care.
• Conduct thorough consultations that connect each client’s concerns and goals to the appropriate treatments and memberships.
• Lead by example in providing a consistent, five-star in-studio experience that builds trust, retention, and referrals.
• Mentor, train, and support esthetic team members to help them grow in skill, confidence, and client education.
• Collaborate with Ownership and Studio Management to establish monthly revenue, booking, and membership goals for the esthetics program.
• Partner with the medical team to ensure compliance and seamless coordination between esthetic and medical services.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, adhere to sanitation protocols, and uphold all state licensing requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, community events, and marketing initiatives that grow awareness of Restore’s skin health offerings.
• Represent Restore’s mission and values through professionalism, positivity, and a genuine desire to help clients feel amazing.
