About The Position

For more than 20 years we have served homeowners and small businesses throughout the southern half of the Dallas‑Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding counties. Requirements

Texas Master Electrician license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and at least 3–5 years of experience as a licensed electrician.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic tools.
Strong customer‑service and communication skills.
Physical strength and stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of environments.
Commitment to safety and knowledge of NEC, local codes and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

Install, repair and service residential and commercial electrical systems.
Source or fabricate replacement components and obtain permits, tools and materials as needed.
Interpret blueprints and create rough sketches for projects.
Guide and oversee journeyman electricians and apprentices, providing training and mentorship.
Develop preventative maintenance plans and clearly explain them to clients and team members.
Test and troubleshoot systems, provide emergency assistance and ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
Maintain accurate project documentation and liaise with clients, vendors and inspectors.
