About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Electrician with strong industrial experience to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems that support steel fabrication operations.

Requirements

• Master Electrician License required (TEXAS).
• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and NFPA 70E safety standards.
• Proficient using diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial controls.
• Familiarity with CMMS software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and NFPA 70E standards.
• Mentor junior electricians and maintenance staff.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize equipment performance.
