  • Oversee and ensure the quality of electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs at various sites.
  • Provide technical expertise, manage electrical projects, and ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and train electrical staff and apprentices, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment, including high voltage systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, providing updates to management as needed.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications for reporting, tracking, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with other trades and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all company safety policies.
  • Rough-in and finish wiring and control systems.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical control circuits for motors and control devices for various electrical devices.
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance.
  • Instruct and coach apprentices.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology, compliance and repair techniques.
  • Keep records of teams licensing and keep everyone compliant.
  • Other assigned work as required.
  • Must possess a valid Master Electrician's license in the state of Wyoming.
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of three years of verifiable experience with thorough knowledge of trades.
  • Computer literacy is required - Master Builder, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook).
  • Knowledge and understanding of National Electrical code (NEC) and local code requirements.
  • Ability to work independently or lead a crew under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to train and mentor junior staff.
  • Time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of electrical theory, codes, and standards.
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints and other technical diagrams.
  • Critical eye for identifying defects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to readily determine the correct tools and equipment needed to do a job.
  • Ability to complete daily activities according to work schedule.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and occasionally perform strenuous physical labor.
