Requirements

• AA/AS degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience
• U.S. citizenship required
• 6+ years of experience with PCB layout using ECAD tools
• Strong communication skills across all organization levels
• Experience with complex PCB designs and manufacturing processes
• Ability to mentor and lead design initiatives
• Knowledge of ECAD documentation and configuration management

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on ECAD design for complex circuit card assemblies
• Serve as final checker and authority on ECAD designs for quality compliance
• Lead design reviews and provide expert guidance on various design aspects
• Mentor junior designers and engineers to elevate design standards
• Develop and improve ECAD design standards and documentation processes
• Interface with various teams to resolve design and process issues
• Provide leadership in the implementation and optimization of ECAD tools
• Support ECAD quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
