Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 1 years experience in manufacturing, customer service, supply chain, or similar role.
  • Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems; experience with Filemaker or similar database tools.
  • Advanced to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with SQL, JSON, Node JS, JQuery, VBA.
  • Strong independent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Understanding of cross-functional business operations and dependencies.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead automation initiatives that bridge gaps between systems and platforms, driving operational efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Design, implement, and manage databases to support evolving business needs, including large-scale migrations and updates to category information.
  • Create and maintain master data records and automated reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with external developers and internal teams across locations to ensure seamless data integration and communication.
  • Support SAP maintenance and optimization, including managing production identifiers, documentation, and data integrity improvements.
  • Assist with business systems support, including software development, troubleshooting, testing, and process improvement projects.
  • Identify and remediate production bottlenecks, maintain essential data backups, and upgrade systems to align with industry standards.
