About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Master Data Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing master data in an ERP environment and a proven track record of successfully leading ERP implementations. This role is crucial in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in master data management.
  • Proven experience leading ERP implementations, preferably with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Experience with MDM toolsets.
  • Bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of master data management principles and best practices.
  • Expertise in ERP systems and data integration techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the establishment and maintenance of master data management policies and procedures.
  • Develop and enforce data standards, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all systems.
  • Collaborate with various business units to understand data requirements and streamline data management processes.
  • Lead and manage the data migration process during ERP implementation and subsequent updates or changes.
  • Work closely with IT teams to design and implement ERP-related data processes, ensuring seamless integration of master data.
  • Ensure all master data components align with the overall ERP strategy and architecture.
  • Establish and oversee data governance protocols to ensure data quality, compliance, and security.
  • Monitor and resolve data issues, providing analytical support and expertise.
  • Implement data cleansing and de-duplication initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain master data dashboards and reports to provide insights on data quality and integrity.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
