About The Position

Master Data Management Specialist – Princeton, NJ Location: Princeton, NJ, US Our Global Enterprise Services (GES) team is seeking a Master Data Management Specialist to deliver high ‑ quality master data services in partnership with our outsourced providers. As the Master Data Management Specialist, you’ll collaborate closely across teams, uphold Service Level Agreements, and actively contribute to process enhancements that strengthen our global data operations. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated to learn and eager to grow professionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure while respecting tight deadlines
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences, business or related field required

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP, is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain master data appropriately ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability in SAP and other dependent systems
  • Provide timely responses to requested services and establish appropriate working relationships with internal customers
  • Ensure that developed processes are followed successfully and enforce business rules by providing adequate support
  • Ensure all communications are managed via Service Now ticketing tool
  • Support Continuous Improvements Projects and Process Documentation updates
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis on master data quality issues and drive continuous improvement on processes and systems
