Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
8–12+ years of experience in customer master data management, CRM, or data integration.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle), and MDM solutions.
Experience integrating customer data across complex health systems and multi-entity organizations.
Proven record of leading initiatives that deliver measurable impact on revenue or efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of customer data integration across CRM, ERP, and MDM platforms.
Govern CRM architecture decisions impacting account hierarchies and customer records.
Define and maintain enterprise account hierarchies and foster enterprise visibility.
Establish and enforce customer master data standards, policies, and governance across operational companies.
Champion data literacy and drive adoption of enterprise standards and processes.
