Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Commutable distance to Tampa, FL
  • Experience: 2-5 years in financial accounting master data team environment with strong knowledge of ASM and cost objects (e.g., GL accounts, cost centers, WBS).
  • Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Management.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; solid understanding of SAP Finance Master Data and its implications.
  • Mindset: Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.
  • Soft Skills: Strong time management, ability to multitask under pressure, and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to expert: Act as the first point of escalation for project teams on queries and activities related to master data processes.
  • Drive data excellence: Proactively analyze data and identify opportunities to improve quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate globally: Work with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels across PMI US to align on processes and standards.
  • Enable transformation: Support the development and adoption of global master data management processes and tools.
  • Ensure compliance: Maintain finance master data for PMI US affiliates accurately and on time, adhering to accounting policies.
  • Manage key systems: Oversee the Authorized Signatory Matrix tool for workflow approvals across PMI US affiliates.
  • Lead conversations: Prepare and conduct business reviews with stakeholders to address challenges and explore opportunities.
  • Shape the future: Actively contribute to roadmaps, projects, and initiatives impacting finance master data.
  • Work on impactful projects that shape global finance processes.
  • Collaborate with international teams and gain exposure to best practices.
