  • Ensure efficient and accurate master data management, aligned with business needs across different SAP systems for Bayer LATAM Crop Science division.
  • Conduct daily follow-up with the external provider for the creation and maintenance of master data, ensuring information consistency across LATAM.
  • Actively participate in Master Data Management projects, leading requirements analysis, process definition, coordination of critical phases (testing, cutover, training, communication, change management).
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in master data management, design and document processes (AS IS / TO BE), and evaluate digital tools to enhance efficiency and data quality.
  • Provide support to northern LATAM countries (such as Mexico and Guatemala), collaborating with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams to promote process standardization.
  • Serve as SAP Key User.
  • Monitor performance indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Design and propose automation/optimization projects based on data insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and information security standards.
  • Develop training materials and work instructions using official tools.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing relevant information and documentation on data processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in SAP – SD and MM modules.
  • Experience with data management tools: Salesforce, MM, FI, Power BI.
  • Experience in process automation and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of data governance and information security.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including MACROs and VBA.
  • Advanced English (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, or data integration tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA – SD and MM modules.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Project Management (Azure, Jira, or similar).
  • Proficiency in SAP Script.
  • Experience delivering technical training.
  • Knowledge of programming languages.
