We are one of Bozeman's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies and have provided homes and businesses throughout the Gallatin Valley with quality craftsmanship for all of their handyman needs. We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Master Craftsman with skills in multiple trades. The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry. Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name. Requirements

15+ years of proven experience as a Master Builder or in a senior construction role
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices
Strong leadership and communication skills
High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Strong work ethic and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish
Perform high-quality carpentry, masonry, finishing work, and basic plumbing and electrical.
Supervise and mentor other craftsman and apprentices
Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
Collaborate with designers and clients to bring their vision to life
