We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Key Control (Master Control Operator) to join our team at Youth Opportunity Investments, LLC. This full-time position is dedicated to providing care to youth in need, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering an environment that promotes their independence and success. As a Key Control Operator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and controlling facility access, overseeing the movement of youth and staff, and maintaining a secure environment. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, remembering names of facility staff, and documenting visitation and appointments. You will also be responsible for monitoring video systems, conducting perimeter checks, and communicating emergencies to the appropriate staff. This role requires a strong commitment to teamwork and leadership, as you will be part of a top-notch team dedicated to making a transformative impact in the lives of young individuals.
