About The Position

We are hiring a Key Control (Master Control Operator) to support facility security operations at Deep Creek Youth Academy. This role is ideal for individuals with attention to detail, strong observation skills, and a commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for youth. You will monitor security systems, control access, and assist staff in maintaining a secure residential setting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in security, residential care, or related field
• Familiarity with facility security procedures and emergency protocols

Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access points throughout the facility
• Maintain accurate logs of keys, access, and security equipment
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or alarms
• Assist staff in implementing safety and security protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding facility operations
• Participate in training and development activities as required
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed
